RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

There is the possibility to request a replacement or refund of any product ordered on the site “www.guidirosellini.com” within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery, as better specified in the general conditions of contract.

The returned products must be accompanied by the relevant purchase invoice, or a copy in case of partial return, in their original packaging, in perfect condition, such as to allow the Company to put them back on sale, unused and accompanied by all accessories and documents provided (instructions, warranty, etc..) as well as a copy of the invoice attached to the items delivered.

The return procedure provides that the customer concerned contact our Customer Service, at customercare@guidirosellini.com, which will handle all necessary procedures, always borne by the Company Guidi 1896 Srl.

We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible. The refund will be made within 15 working days of receipt of the return at our warehouse.
